  • Family comes first at Schlitterbahn, where guests are allowed to bring picnics in to the park. Also parking, tubes and life jackets are free every day.
  • The unique Transportainment river system allows guests to float through a multitude of signature attractions without ever leaving the water. It takes approximately one hour to complete one circuit around this river system.
  • The waterpark is home to the King Kaw Rapids River, which was named the World’s Second Best New Waterpark Ride by Amusement Today’s Golden Ticket Awards. The thrilling attraction takes guests through 3,000 feet of whitewater rapids, waterfalls and calm areas before sending guests to the next attraction in the Transportainment river system.
  • Torrent Tidal Wave River, the world’s longest tidal wave river, is a guest favorite. A 20,000 gallon tidal wave releases every 19 seconds to create a thrilling experience through the 1,800 foot long serpentine waterway.
  • The Boogie Bahn, Kansas City’s only surf ride, allows guests to jump on a boogie board to surf on a rapidly moving sheet of water rushing across a padded surface.
  • Schlitterbahn is also home to the region’s only uphill water coaster, four tube slides, two head-first mat slides, tube chutes, two kids areas with 13 mini slides, lounging areas and a swim-up bar.
