Lost or stolen membership cards can be reported below. Complete the form below to verify that you are a registered member of Hotels Etc. You, the cardholder, are responsible to pay a $19.95 fee. This fee helps Hotels Etc. cover the costs in creating your new membership card as well as shipping and handling. There are additional shipping and handling fee for International orders.
Once we confirm, you are a registered member, we will send you an email with a payment link so you can make the payment of $19.95.
